1. Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To avoid cancellation charges, please note the following:

• Free Cancellation: Allowed up to 48 hours before the standard check-in time (10:00 AM).
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay (including taxes).

2. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed systematically to ensure transparency and security:

• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
• The standard processing time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
• Transaction fees or convenience charges paid at the time of booking may be non-refundable as per payment gateway policies.

3. No-Show & Early Departure

In the event of a "No-Show" (failure to arrive without prior cancellation), the entire booking amount or the first night's charge (whichever is applicable as per seasonal policy) will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused nights once the stay has commenced.

4. Modifications

Requests to modify booking dates are subject to room availability and seasonal price differences. Modification requests made within 48 hours of check-in may be treated as a cancellation and new booking at the management's discretion.

5. Peak Season Policy

During peak travel seasons (Holidays, Festivals like Rath Yatra, or Long Weekends), all bookings may be non-refundable. Guests will be notified of such special terms at the time of booking or through their confirmation email.
