1. Reservation & Confirmation

To ensure a confirmed stay at RK Palace, we follow a systematic reservation process:

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% of the total booking amount is required as an advance to confirm your reservation.
• Confirmation: Your booking is considered "Confirmed" only after the successful receipt of the advance payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out Timings

We maintain standard timings to ensure all rooms are prepared to our hygiene standards for every guest:

• Standard Check-in: 10:00 AM
• Standard Check-out: 08:00 AM
• Early Check-in: Requests before 10:00 AM are subject to room availability and may incur additional hourly charges.
• Late Check-out: Requests after 08:00 AM are subject to availability and must be approved by the front desk in advance.

3. Identification Requirements

As per government regulations, every guest (above the age of 12) must present a valid government-issued photo ID during check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driver's License, or Passport. Please note that PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

4. Child & Extra Bed Policy

Children up to 5 years of age can stay complimentary using existing bedding. For children above 5 years or for extra adults, an additional charge for an extra mattress/bedding will apply as per the seasonal tariff.

5. Payment Methods

RK Palace accepts various payment methods for your convenience, including Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Please ensure that all digital transactions are confirmed before check-out to avoid delays.
